The Senior Service Technician reports to the Operations Manager, and is responsible for performing a wide range of HVACR servicing jobs for commercial and residential customers. Customer-based activities involved in this position require an individual who is decisive, tactful, dependable, and who possesses initiative and the ability to communicate well with all customer groups. A Senior Service Technician must be able to accurately diagnose and efficiently accomplish a job to the mutual benefit of the customer and Green Valley Cooling & Heating. Job-related contact can occur with virtually all demographic groups, with the majority of the contacts being with service customers, other Green Valley Cooling & Heating technicians, the Operations Manager, Dispatcher and the Customer Service Reps.

The Installation Technician reports to the Installation Manager and is responsible for performing a range of HVACR installation jobs for commercial and residential customers. Customer-based activities require an individual possessing traits of decisiveness, initiative, tact, judgment, integrity, dependability, and the ability to communicate in a technically credible manner. Job-related contact can occur with virtually all demographic groups: with the majority of working contacts being customers, other Green Valley Cooling & Heating technicians, the Installation Manager and the Sales Manger.

The Routine Maintenance Technician reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for performing a range of HVACR servicing jobs for industrial, commercial, and residential customers. CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Customer Service Representative reports to the Office Manager and is responsible for creating a positive first impression of Green Valley Cooling & Heating to all callers and visitors. The position is further accountable for the efficient operation of Green Valley Cooling & Heating’s switchboard and is responsible for assisting in the administration and documentation of all service tickets. Initiative, integrity, organizational, and supervisory skills are essential to achieving departmental and corporate goals in this position.
