DONATION REQUESTS
Green Valley Cooling & Heating is proud of our ongoing level of philanthropic efforts, and we are pleased to support a variety of charitable organizations, with particular emphasis on charities that support our customers in the greater Green Valley area.
To be eligible to apply for a donation or sponsorships your organization must meet the following criteria. If you have questions about your eligibility please contact us at customerservice@greenvalleycooling.com.
- All requests for donations will be reviewed with preferential considerations given to requests made by employees of Green Valley Cooling & Heating, organizations and programs that focus on the customers that we serve in the greater Green Valley area.
- Organizations recognized with a 501(c)3 designation will have their request (if approved) processed through Green Valley Cooling & Heating Giving Committee.
If your organization meets the above requirements, a written request is required. The following should be included in the request:
- Information regarding the activity / event you are requesting funds for, include date, times, locations, etc.
- Your organization’s Tax Identification Number.
- The contact information of the person for this activity / event. Including , name, address, phone, fax and email (if applicable).
- An indication if the organization is 501(c)3.
Green Valley Cooling & Heating Giving Committee meets on a regular basis to review requests received. Please allow six weeks for notice of approval or declination of request. If your organization requires a more immediate response, please make note of this on your written request.
