The Green Valley Technical Academy is a five-week immersive program held at our state-of-the-art technical training center. We recognized a significant challenge in Southern Arizona: with limited local trade schools and workforce development options, the next generation of professionals lacked a clear path into the industry. Rather than waiting for a solution, we built one ourselves. To date, we have graduated more than 55 students, providing a vital bolster to a workforce in need and reinvesting directly into the community we call home.
